Bedouine is een Syrische zangeres die is opgegroeid in Amerika.
Haar vorige twee albums stonden vol met prachtige, ingetogen liedjes die gedragen worden door Bedouine’s prachtige stem.
Waysides is meer van hetzelfde, maar dat is in dit geval absoluut niet erg.
Het is ook niet zo gek dat het materiaal op Waysides lijkt op haar voorgaande werk aangezien alles tussen 2007 en 2017 is geschreven.
Nummers zoals ‘The Wave’, ‘Forever Everette’ en ‘The Solitude’ bewijzen echter dat het niet gaat om afdankertjes.
